Прошу помощи - разобраться в чем тут дело и, по возможности, как исправить положение, запустить паровоз в игру.

Терзают сомнения, что скачал ты не паровоз, а лишь перекраску... Исправить положение можно, как не странно, единственно верным способом - скачать паровоз и на будущее читать описание к скачиваемому:

You must have the GTrax Berksire to load these locomotives.

Хм... Возможно что так... Там пишут в сопроводиловке: _"Вы должны иметь GTrax Berksire для загрузки этих локомотивов. Этот пакет включает в себя Эри, Erie_W, И NKP_W."...

Но на сайте я их не отыскал :-)

В общем... Переустановил и основу и шкурку. Кэш в начале почистил.
Получилось... то, что получилось - вместо лока только сцепки и кривая кабина:


В редакторе составов тоже "шкурка" как то странно выглядит, не отображается:


Сообразить причину всего этого, увы - не могу
+ почему то камера в кабине С-2го (основы) тоже стоит криво?
